Our Newest PropertyCarter Manor Apartments This property, currently undergoing an 18 month renovation, is MJM's most recent mangement property. MJM provided assitance with the HUD refinancing prior to construction and is currently implimenting new social programs, and assisting in the coordination of tenants during construction.
