Over the past 25 years MJM has managed over 50 properties, consisting over 5,000 units of housing. In that time, we have learned how to navigate the local, state, and federal programs that help to provide affordable housing to many in our communities.
Occasionally, properties become neglected, crime-ridden, and take a general turn for the worse. These properties are located in all communities. MJM has found that the major factor contrbuting to the properties demise is that the staff and mangement do not have the tools or the experience to deal with what are sometimes overwhelming issues. MJM has had a long track record of helping property owners turn a property around. MJM has helped stave of properties on the brink of foreclosure or bankruptcy and turning the proeprty back into a safe place to live, while ensuring a return to the owner.
